３月５日のスケジュールと注意事項

１、衣　装　　女性はピンクの上着、下は黒、黒の靴、

　　　　　　　　男性は白のワイシャツ・黒の蝶ネクタイ、黒のスラックスに黒の靴

２、場　所　　ＪＲ戸塚駅　「男女参画センター横浜（フォーラム）」

　　　　　　　催し物の名称　「国際女性デー２０１６」

３、集合時間　控室（２号室）に１０時３０分～４５分

（着替えてチューニングを済ませること）

４、舞台集合　１１時（音出しできるよう準備しておくこと）

５、持ち物　

　①譜面（ピンクの台紙に貼ること）、　②フルート、③衣装、④昼食、⑤飲み物等

６、スケジュール

　11：00　　リハーサル開始

　11：30　　リハーサル終了

　　　　＝　各自昼食　＝

　12：45　　控室にお戻り下さい

　12：55　　全員舞台下手集合

　13：00　　国連代表者の挨拶

　13：10　　下手から入場

「シンコぺ」、「花」　演奏後、時計と逆回りで各自譜面を持って「ガーシュイン」の位置に移動。「ガーシュイン」演奏後、指揮者の指示で全員礼、目の前の譜面台と自分の譜面・フルートを持って、下手に退場

　13：30　　講演（全員控室に帰らず、できる限り講演を聞く。会場後列に座席の準備があります。）

　15：15　　講演終了　　（控室に戻り着替え）

　　　　　解散　―　カフェで歓談（残れる方はどうぞ。）

７、その他の注意事項

1. 貴重品は控室のロッカーで管理。

2. 男性の衣類などの持ち物は、女性の控室に預ける。

3. 当日事故等で参加できなくなるなどの特別な事情が発生した方は、コンサート係（安部、小川、作田、桜井、西山）までご連絡下さい。

Concert on March 5

Costume: Pink blouse, Black pants, Black shoes

Place: Danjo Sankaku Center Yokohama ( Forum) JR Totsuka station

Meeting time: 10:30~45 at the waiting room (Rm.no.2)

Please get dressed and finish tuning.

Stage meeting: 11:00 Get ready to play

Things to bring: ①music score（with pink cover)　②flute ③costume ④lunch ⑤drinks

After playing the Syncopated clock, and Hana, each member moves to the Gershwin standing position going counterclockwise.

After playing Gershwin, all members vow according to the conductor's sign, and move to the stage right carrying the music stand in front of you, your own flute and music score.

　13：30　　Lecture（All members should listen to the lecture if possible.　Seats for members will be set at the last row at the hall.）

　15：15　　Lecture ends（Change clothes at the waiting room.）

　　　　Dismissal　―　Tea time , if you can join.
